Once you’ve established the purpose, it’s time to set clear and measurable goals.

For instance, if you’re starting a blog, determine how many visitors you aim to attract—whether it’s 1,000, 5,000, or even more. If you’re launching an e-commerce store, decide on the number of products you want to offer, be it 50, 100, or 500.

Similarly, if your goal is to build a portfolio and grow a subscribers list, specify your target number of subscribers.

Setting these goals is not just about having a number in mind; it’s about having a clear vision of what success looks like for your website.

  1. Namecheap: I’ve bought all my domains from Namecheap. Their service is reliable and user-friendly. Just log into your account, and you’ll find all your domains neatly organized.
  2. GoDaddy: Another top contender, GoDaddy often includes a free domain with hosting plans. This can be a great deal if you’re getting both services from them.
  3. Hostinger: Known for offering a free domain with its hosting packages, Hostinger is another solid option. Their competitive pricing makes them a favorite among many.

When I started, I used shared hosting, but as my site grew, I switched to VPS (Virtual Private Server) hosting. Now, my websites, including AiwebRanker.com and DigitCrafter.com, load in under 1 second.

  • DigitalOcean, Amazon AWS, or Google Cloud if you’re technically inclined and comfortable managing your server.

  • Is there a staging environment?
  • What are the bandwidth limits?
  • What operating system do they use (Windows or Linux)?
  • Are there other sites sharing your IP range?
